Position Summary:
The Client Services Associate - Private Wealth Concierge at SMF Private Wealth Division provides high-net-worth clients with white-glove, personalized service. You will guide clients through the Wealth Design Plan, supporting our financial advisors and ensuring that each client experiences a seamless wealth management journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide concierge-level service to high-net-worth clients
- Guide clients through the Wealth Design Plan, tailoring financial strategies to their needs
- Manage client onboarding in Salesforce, meeting specific deadlines (3 weeks for annuities, 2 weeks for AUM)
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM and support financial advisors with client presentations and reports
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing financial services roles
- Proficiency in Salesforce and eMoney systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
Licenses:
- Series 65 and 2-15 insurance licenses preferred
- If not currently licensed, the Series 65 must be obtained within 60 days of employment
